1. Tax deadlines. You could add deadlines for personal tax filing, and quarterly times for businesses. You could also try a few suggested tax times that aren’t as busy for your business clients.
2. Acronym explanations. Each industry has it’s own set of acronyms. Many people don’t know what these acronyms stand for or what the meaning behind them is. This could be a useful bit of information for your clients.
3. Money saving tips. If your clients could be saving money at tax time by just doing a few simple things, let them know. For example, if they have a part time business, can they write down their mileage and business expenses and write those off as deductions? Could an individual make a donation to the Salvation Army and deduct the value of those goods? Let them know how they can save money and they’ll keep your card around.
